This Privacy Policy applies to the website and all of the services offered by The Law Offices of Allan S Field collectively, "our services." This is a Law office that adheres to attorney-client privilege and privacy laws. Our privacy policy has strict guidelines regarding privacy and the maintenance of confidential private and case related information. Information is never shared with third parties and all sensitive and confidential information is treated with the same level of security as we treat our own company confidential information.
Types of Information
We do not collect, require or retain any personal or private or financial information re web site visitors. Information submitted by yourself for us to contact you is limited to contact information that includes name and email address.
Registration
You may provide us with certain contact information such as your name, e-mail address, etc. when you subscribe to our eNewsletter or submit an inquiry request on the site. This contact information will be used by us to provide you with your requested services and to provide you the opportunity to receive information and notices about other services that we may provide.
Information sharing
We will not provide this contact information to third parties.
Opting-out
Upon request, you may opt out from any of the database and we will remove you from our records. This will result in you in no longer receiving our eNewsletter. To request a correction or cancellation please send an email from the email you wish to have removed to: asf_law@att.net

When we receive formal written complaints at this address, it is our policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between us and an individual.
