This Privacy Policy applies to the website and all of the services offered by The Law Offices of Allan S Field collectively, "our services." This is a Law office that adheres to attorney-client privilege and privacy laws. Our privacy policy has strict guidelines regarding privacy and the maintenance of confidential private and case related information. Information is never shared with third parties and all sensitive and confidential information is treated with the same level of security as we treat our own company confidential information.

We do not collect, require or retain any personal or private or financial information re web site visitors. Information submitted by yourself for us to contact you is limited to contact information that includes name and email address.

You may provide us with certain contact information such as your name, e-mail address, etc. when you subscribe to our eNewsletter or submit an inquiry request on the site.
